  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste pure
  • 1 tablespoon rum
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon allspice
  • 5 ml water
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne

Step By Step Instructions

  1. Place the olive oil, ginger, lime juice, chilies, salt, pepper, mustard seeds, vinegar, thyme, tomato paste, honey, rum, allspice, garlic, spring onions, and water in the food processor and mix it properly until smooth.
  2. If you don’t have a food processor, you can also use a pestle and mortar and mix it in the water.
  3. Put some oil in your pan, and when your oil is hot, add the chicken and cook it for 2 to 3 minutes to brown each side.
