  8. Roll up jelly-roll, starting with a long side; pinch seam to seal. Place seam side down on a greased baking sheet.
  9. Cover and let rise until doubled, about 30 minutes.
  10. Bake at 375° for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  11. Combine confectioners’ sugar, milk, and vanilla; drizzle over warm bread. Serve immediately.
