Chicken breast – 2 even-sized skinless and boneless chicken breasts

Seasoning – black pepper, paprika, salt, garlic powder, 1 pack of ranch seasoning

Fresh seasoning – parsley, spinach, garlic, and thyme leaves

Cheese – 8 ounces cream cheese, 1/cup sharp shredded cheddar cheese

●Olive oil

Preparation of Ruth Chris Stuffed Chicken breasts step by step:

Step 1: Pre-heat the oven at 4500F.

Step 2: Add lots of cream cheese and 3 tablespoons of dry hidden ranch seasoning and smash at room temperature until the mixture softens. Combine cheddar cheese, salt, paprika, pepper and thyme to this mix and stir well.

Step 3: The chicken part. Make pockets in the thick chicken breasts with a sharp knife to avoid damaging them.

Step 4: Carefully stuff the cheese mix into the pockets. Using toothpicks, seal the pockets to prevent the cheese from pouring out while baking.

Step 5: Spread some olive oil on the baking tray and add the chicken. Sprinkle salt, black pepper and garlic powder.

Seasoning – onion powder, salt, ¼ tbsp. Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, ranch seasoning

Fresh seasoning – 2 cloves minced garlic, 1 onion, ¼ cup sliced green and red pepper

●Parsley flakes, a pinch of dill.

Cheese – 8 ounces cream cheese, 1/cup sharp shredded cheddar cheese

●Olive oil and 3 tbsp of butter

Preparation method for Ruth Chris stuffed chicken breasts

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 450F with a rack in the center.

Step 2: Sautee the butter until it sizzles then add the onions. Keep at it until the smell of raw onions evaporates. Add red and green pepper.

Step 3: In a separate bowl, mix the cheddar and cream cheese. Add the garlic, cayenne pepper, ranch dressing, parsley and Worcestershire sauce. Sprinkle the onion, pepper and garlic powder into the mix and Stir well to ensure all ingredients are properly mixed.

Step 4: After cooling, add the onions and peppers into the cheese mix and whisk.

Step 5: Make chicken breast pockets, similar to the previous recipe.

Step 6: Stuff the cheese mix into each chicken breast pocket and seal using toothpicks.

Step 7: smear the baking tray with olive oil, and spread the stuffed chicken breasts. Sprinkle the powdered seasonings on the chicken and brush it with some butter.

Step 8: Bake for 35 minutes.
