●1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper, plus more to taste
●8 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
●8 ounces shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Prepare the breading station by combining flour, panko and seasonings in a bowl.
Beat the eggs in another bowl and put the buffalo wild wing sauce in a third bowl.
