Two years have passed since my visit to New York where I had the chance to taste the renowned Katz pastrami sandwich on rye, with extra mustard and paired with a can of cel-ray.
This is not the same, but can scratch the itch.

Corned Beef Sandwich
- Warm up the corned beef over medium heat on the stove and drizzle in oil.
- Meanwhile, toast bread.
- Layer the toasted bread with cheese, corned beef and sauerkraut. Add your favourite condiments and enjoy!
