  • Spoon 1 cup (250 mL) tomato sauce into a greased 8-inch (2 L) square baking dish. Arrange chicken pieces over sauce, then half the mozzarella, then remaining tomato sauce. Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
  • Bake in preheated 375 °F (190 °С) toaster oven for 28 to 30 minutes, or until sauce is bubbling, cheese is melted and internal temperature of chicken is 170 °F (75 °С).
