Sambazon Acai Smoothie Pack: You can find this at most grocery stores in the freezer section. Look for the Sambazon brand, a frozen puree made from acai berries.

Frozen Banana: This will help make your smoothie bowl thick and creamy. If you don’t have a frozen banana, you can use a fresh banana and add a few ice cubes.

Almond Milk: You can use any milk you like, but almond milk is my favorite because it’s low in calories and has a delicious flavor.

Frozen Strawberries: I like to use frozen strawberries to add sweetness and color to the smoothie bowl. You can also use fresh berries if you prefer.

Honey: This is optional, but I like to add sweetness to my smoothie bowl. You can also use agave nectar or maple syrup.

Blueberries: I like to top my smoothie bowl with fresh blueberries, but you can use any berry.

Toppings: I like to top my smoothie bowl with granola, fresh berries, and coconut flakes. Feel free to get creative with your toppings and add whatever you like.

  • 1 packet of Sambazon Acai Smoothie Pack
  • 1/2 cup of frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup of blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup of almond milk or juice of your choice

Toppings:

  • Granola, fresh fruit, nut butter, etc.

1. Start by adding the acai smoothie pack and frozen banana to a blender. Add almond milk and honey (optional) and blend until smooth.

3. If you have a leftover smoothie, you can store it in the fridge for up to 24 hours.

Notes:

You can use frozen acai berries if you can’t find the Sambazon Acai Smoothie Pack.

I like to buy them from Trader Joe’s or Amazon.com.

If you don’t have a blender, you can use a food processor or an immersion blender.

You can make this recipe vegan by using plant-based milk and leaving out honey.
