Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

2. Peel and cube the sweet potatoes into 1-inch pieces.

3. Spread the sweet potatoes in an even layer on a baking sheet.

4. Melt the margarine and pour it over the sweet potatoes, using as much or as little as you’d like.

5. Next, sprinkle the brown sugar over the potatoes.

6. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until the potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork.

7. Remove from oven and top with mini marshmallows. Serve and enjoy!
