  • Set the oven’s temperature to 175 C/350 F.
  • Utilize a microwave to make the caramel. Then, tilt and twist each ramekin to evenly coat it. Divide it among the ramekins. Even though the caramel may not initially entirely cover the bottoms and edges, it will spread and level out after the hot cream mixture is added.

  • To prevent overcooking, remove the ramekins from the water bath right away. Allow to cool, then chill in the fridge for a few hours until ready to serve. To aid in removing the tape, cut the edges using a knife.
