  • Preheat a large pot filled with water over medium heat. Once it starts boiling, add macaroni and cook until tender.
  • In the meantime, heat a skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil, onion and garlic and cook for a few minutes.
  • Add ground beef and season with salt, pepper, oregano and cumin. Cook until the meat is evenly brown.
  • Pour in tomatosauce, cheddar cheese and drained pasta. Stir all together for a couple ofminutes and sprinkle with some parsley once the heat is off. Serve and enjoy!
