3-Minute Microwave Peach Cobbler Recipe

- ½ Cups Peaches
- ¼ Cup Sugar
- 1/4 Teaspoons Baking Powder
- Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- Tablespoons Butter
- 1 Tsp. Ground Cinnamon
- ¼ Tsp. Vanilla
- 1 Tbsp. Granulated Sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Milk
- 2 Tbsp. Flour
- 1 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 Tsp. Ground Cinnamon
Instructions
- Place the frozen peaches in a microwave-safe casserole dish and cover them with approximately 1/8 inch of water (rounded up to the next 1/2 cup).
- Microwave on high for 2 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix together the sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon.
- Remove the frozen peaches from the microwave and add them to this mixture, stir until thoroughly combined.
- Microwave for 1 minute more and add the melted butter, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
- Stir until combined.
- Add the granulated sugar and give it another stir.
- Stir in the flour, milk, melted butter, and ground cinnamon.
- Place in the microwave for about 45-50 seconds to reform the dough into a ball or hot clump of dough at your fingertips on top of your container of the hot peach filling mixture.
- Be careful not to burn yourself!
