- 3 ground beef

- 2 cloves garlic

- 2 tbsp oregano
- ½ cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 Salt
- 1 black pepper
Instructions
- First of all, cut the beef into 3-inch pieces and season it with pepper and salt.
- After that, brown the meat on all four sides in cooking oil and then remove the meat.
- Include the onions and cook them for 3 to 4 minutes. After that, add cumin, garlic, and oregano; mix it properly and cook for 1 minute.
- After it is done, add the beef broth, vinegar, chipotle peppers, cilantro, and lime juice, then mix it properly.
- Now return the meat to the pan and cover it properly. Cook it on low heat for 6 hours, and your meat is completely cooked when it can easily be shredded with the help of a fork. Then remove it from the pot and shred it and combine it with the sauce.
- Now your dish is ready to serve; serve in burritos, tacos, and any other dishes that you prefer.
