●2 gallons of whole milk

●1 pound butter (4 sticks)

●1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

●Three tablespoons kosher salt, plus more to taste

●2 1/2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper, plus more to taste

●1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper, plus more to taste

●8 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese

●8 ounces shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Instructions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Prepare the breading station by combining flour, panko and seasonings in a bowl.

Beat the eggs in another bowl and put the buffalo wild wing sauce in a third bowl.
