Typically, we enjoy ordering tasty snacks when we’re at a café. Hence, I’m sharing a café-inspired Vegetable Cheesy Finger Food recipe. Essentially, it’s a version of Nachos that can be prepared in a microwave.

Italian Seasoning – 2TSP

 

Chilli Flakes – 1 TSP

 

Pepper-½ TSP

 

Salt- ½ TSP

 

Tomato Ketchup -1½ TSP

 

.Step-by-Step Instructions.

1. Grated Mozzarella Cheese keep it aside can take Cheddar Cheese

2. For Topping take some Vegetable; one Cup of Chopped Green Capsicum, Chopped Red Capsicum Chopped Yellow Capsicum, 1 Cup of Cooked Sweet Corn, Black Olives, Green Olives

3. Take All Vegetable and Grated Mozzarella Cheese Mix then all

4. For Seasoning takes 2 TSP of Italian Seasoning, 1 TSP Chilli Flakes,

Pepper-½TSP, Salt- ½ TSP(as per the taste of the Vegetables)

5. Mix them all Nicely

6. Finally add Tomato Ketchup -1½ TSp mix all that Tomato Ketchup coat all Vegetable nicely, should not be too Saucy

7. Keep it aside

8. Assemble the vegetables and Nachos

9. Take a plate and start Placing the nachos it is flavored Nachos, can use any flavor or Plain Nachos will Also work

10. Start Placing the Vegetable Topping on Nachos which should be spread evenly on all sides
