S’mores Baked in a Toaster Oven

You can have these any time of the year, no need to wait for a campfire. These are a bit messy, so serve with wet wipes. You will need a toaster oven.

  • Arrange 8 single graham wafers on foil- or parchment-lined oven tray. Top each with a chocolate square and a marshmallow.
  • Bake in a preheated 400 °F (200 °С) toaster oven for 5 to 6 minutes, or until chocolate is softened and marshmallow is softened, slightly golden and starting to flatten.
  • Remove tray from oven and top each s’more with one of the remaining single graham wafers. Carefully transfer to serving dishes. Press to partially flatten and let chocolate and marshmallow ooze out the sides.
