Preheat a large pot filled with water over medium heat. Once it starts boiling, add macaroni and cook until tender.
In the meantime, heat a skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil, onion and garlic and cook for a few minutes.
Add ground beef and season with salt, pepper, oregano and cumin. Cook until the meat is evenly brown.
Pour in tomatosauce, cheddar cheese and drained pasta. Stir all together for a couple ofminutes and sprinkle with some parsley once the heat is off. Serve and enjoy!
